Over dinner my friend and I were discussing our love life, or actually our lack of a love life. I began thinking, how am I going to bump into my prince charming? Am I fully ready to be in a committed relationship again? Or do I just want to go out and have fun? I try to tell myself that I just want to have fun, but I know deep in my heart is the desire to find a guy to share the rest of my life with. So as my favorite magnet on my fridge says “WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?”
So how do single girls in Dallas place themselves to where they can meet someone? Is it at church? Online? At the gym? Through friends? My goal…to try all of the above! I am going to have my own little dating cocktail of putting myself out there into the dating scene every chance I get! Its official Savvy Singleton has logged onto EHarmony! I know Eh has potential of working thanks to my dear friend Carrie who met the love of her life off the site. Her and her soon to be fiancé are the like the poster children for EHarmony. I wouldn’t doubt it if one day they are holding hands and running on the beach in a TV commercial for the website as a success story. If anything I know adventures in the online dating scene will provide numerous stories to entertain the readers of my blog.
I will also be putting my posse of single friends together and hitting up the Dallas scene. First goal- find a cool location to watch the Super Bowl, especially since it is played here in Dallas this year!
