It's been two Sundays since my last entry about having the Sunday blues. I wanted to report that I think I have found part of the cure...ZUMBA! For the past two Sundays I have been going to the 5:00pm Zumba class at my gym. I really like how the class is later in the day (which allows for sleeping in, brunch, shopping, and a nap). My instructor Shally inspires me enough to burn 600+ calories every class. It's the perfect end to a weekend, and the perfect start to a week. I feel enegized, complete, and connected. There is nothing better then shakin' it with 10 other girls on a Sunday afternoon.
